Critical focus on student enrichment and growth are her core values nurtured at Shining Mindz with continuous improvement to the programs developed to help students excel.
Dr. William Wells
Senior Director
Dr. Bill Wells (PhD, Univ. of Texas at Dallas, M.A., Baylor Univ.) has worked as a college professor, editor/writer, curriculum designer for over 25 years. During that time he has done academic counseling and custom instruction for hundreds of students.

Ragini (B.A. in Political Science, M.A. in Sociology, M. Phil in Sociology, M.B.A. Human Resources) has always been fascinated by continuous learning. She believes that cultivating consistent learning and growth-oriented mindsets are key to shaping the brightest minds of the future, and takes great pleasure working with our students and faculty alike.
Dr. Charles Taylor
Career Assessment Specialist
Dr. Charles Taylor has (Ed.D. Middle Tennessee State University, M.S., Stephen F. Austin Univ.) worked with students for over forty years in junior high, high school, community college and university instruction. He has also directed university- based programs for students facing myriad physical and learning challenges. Throughout his career, he has mentored, directed and guided students into the career that best fits their talents, gifts, passions and dislikes. Dr. Taylor believes that there is wonderful pathway for everyone, but finding that pathway often requires help so each person can live up their greatest potential.
Teresa Campos
Teresa is a highly experienced and dedicated education professional with a profound passion for helping students achieve their highest aspirations. With 14 years of expertise in the field of education, Teresa has cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that students encounter during their college journey. Teresa is dedicated to providing the support and encouragement they need to reach their full potential. With her unwavering dedication and genuine passion for helping young minds succeed, Teresa is a trusted ally in the pursuit of educational excellence.
Career Counselling Coordinator
Keith Jackson
Keith has over 26 years of experience in all levels of public education and is highly skilled in working in culturally diverse settings. He has not only played Division I college football but has also coached football and basketball teams. Keith has developed extensive knowledge of the Texas High School Social Studies and Middle School Mathematics curriculum ans also served as lead teacher for U.S. History. He has served on the Campus Instructional Leadership Team (CILT) and assisted in providing common assessments and data driven instruction.

Curtis Odom is an educator who has taught history for 15 years. Curtis is passionate about helping students grow academically and discover their passion for following their destiny after college. Curtis is particularly passionate about helping students become better communicators through the development of strong study habits, writing skills, and visual communication.
